Here's how it works: 1\. You enter your trip destination, dates, and a description of your planned activities (like "_business meetings and tourism_" or "_beach vacation with snorkeling_") 2\. Our technology processes this information to generate a detailed packing list with suggested items and quantities 3\. A small number of credits is used for each generation (you'll always be informed how many before confirming) 4\. Once generated, you can fully review and edit the list to match your personal preferences! How does the credit system work? How do I get them, do they accumulate, and what are "additional credits"? To generate your personalized packing lists, BagPlanner uses a credit system: **Subscription Credits:** • You receive a monthly allowance when joining one of our plans • These automatically refill each month when your payment renews • Unused credits _roll over to the next month_ • There's a fair-use maximum accumulation cap (twice your monthly allocation) **Additional Credits:** • Available for purchase anytime from your "Billing" page • Have **no accumulation cap** • **Never expire** When generating a list, the system always uses your subscription credits first before using any additional credits. How can I manage my account and subscription, such as viewing my credits, changing my plan, or updating my payment information? Managing your account is very simple: 1\. **Log into BagPlanner** and go to your "**Billing**" page 2\. Here you'll see: • A summary of your current subscription plan • Your available balance of subscription and additional credits • Options to purchase more additional credits For more specific subscription management (changing plans or updating payment methods), you can access our **secure customer portal** directly from the Billing page. _Note: When changing subscription plans, the change applies at the end of your current billing cycle, so you can continue using your current plan benefits until then._ What happens to my credits if I decide to cancel my monthly subscription? When someone signs up using your link, they become your referral 4\. **You earn 10% of their first purchase value in additional credits** **Important:** Rewards are given when your referral makes their _first purchase_ (not just when they sign up).
